Well, here it is my first ever match report.... Better start by saying sorry..... if I forget to mention something wonderful that someone did, between me wanting to throw up and watching the planes fly in I may have missed some stuff!!!!

Despite the extremely cold weather, we all arrived with confidence high after our recent run of wins.... Now I have to mention that I thought that their kit was really nice; blue with silver... very smart !! After a good warm up and quick change of socks it was kick-off time....

The pace was very quick at the start... I think it was mainly due to the fact it was so bloody cold everyone wanted to keep moving in fear of turning into an ice cube!! Once we settled down and played the football we know we can, it wasn't long before we took the lead with a well worked goal by Char ( well think she scored the first one!) 1..0 BA... The oppo came back and it wasn't long before they scored.... 1....1... The BA never-say-die-spirit didn't let us down and almost straight away from kick-off Harriet slipped the ball past their keeper in a well taken goal 2..1 BA.... Again we let the oppo back in just before half time to make it 2....2 I can't remember if we went in 2...2 or 3...2 up but I'll go for 2...2 (very bad memory sorry girls)

After a good team talk and some water, we came back ready for the second half. Straight from the off we came out all guns blazing.... The second half was some of the best football we have played... The defence was solid with all working well and covering for each other... The midfields work rate and linking play was brilliant and the 2 up front were hitting the target from all angles.... We did ourselves proud in the second half, scoring a 4 more goals Char added one more to her tally and Harriet set about on a one women mission and managed to leave the field with no less than 4 goals to her name.... Well Done!

Can't remember all the details of the goals (sorry) but remember that they were good and the whole team worked hard and we deserved our win. Another 3 points to add on and we certainly are on a roll... Big thanks also to all the brave supporters that came despite the cold and cheered us on.... It really is nice to hear people cheering you one and wanting the team to do well...
